Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to develop project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Review project specifications and blueprints to understand requirements and scope.
• Supervise on-site construction activities for adherence to specifications, safety standards, and building codes.
• Conduct regular inspections to monitor progress, identify issues, and ensure quality control.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors to schedule deliveries and resolve issues.
• Provide technical guidance to construction teams on engineering design, materials, and methods.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, or a closely related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in construction engineering, preferably with some exposure to road/highway or similar infrastructure projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction principles, methods, and materials.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting engineering drawings, blueprints, and technical specifications.
• Knowledge of surveying and site layout techniques.
