Plant & Inventory Control position involves financial planning and analysis, cost control and optimization, financial reporting and compliance, and inventory management.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage the plant's annual budget in alignment with corporate goals and objectives.
• Conduct regular financial analysis, variance analysis, and performance assessments to identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements.
• Monitor and control manufacturing costs, including direct labor, overhead, and material expenses.
• Prepare timely and accurate financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Oversee inventory management processes to ensure proper valuation and accurate tracking.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting
• Proven experience as a Plant Controller, Costing Controller, Financial Controller, or similar role in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of cost accounting principles, budgeting, and financial analysis.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
