Responsibilities

• Develop and implement production plans, including Master Production Schedules (MPS), to align with sales forecasts and demand patterns.
• Ensure timely and accurate communication of production plans to all relevant stakeholders.
• Conduct regular inventory analyses to identify areas for improvement, minimize carrying costs, and optimize stock levels.
• Develop and execute strategic initiatives to enhance production efficiency, reduce lead times, and improve overall supply chain performance.
• Generate reports and analysis to support decision-making processes and identify areas for improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience in production planning, inventory control, or supply chain management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in ERP systems and advanced knowledge of relevant software tools.
