About this position

Responsible for the whole Production Planning and Inventory Control activities to ensure maximum efficiency and minimum delay.

Responsibilities

• Involved with other job tasks relevant to Supply Chain, such as Warehousing, Distribution and Logistics.
• Project Acquisition Review
• Aggregate output planning & aggregate capacity planning
• Master production schedule & rough-cut capacity planning
• Material requirements planning & detailed capacity plan
• Work cross-functionally with other divisions both internally and externally
• Supervise, guide and develop the team
• Identify problems, analyze and come up with solutions to maintain smooth work-flows

Requirements

• Bachelor Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain or Logistics, Business Administration, or other relevant field.
• 4+ years of professional working experiences in Supply Chain or PPIC specifically, preferably comes from Furniture background.
• Proven experience as production planner
• Have excellent knowledge of production planning and quality control principles
• Strong organizational and analytic skills
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
• Good at math and statistics
• Have great communication skills
• Fluent in English (both oral and written).
