About this position
The Customer Scheduling Analyst and Logistics Outbound position involves ensuring order accuracy, timely coordination, and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
• Ensure 100% order entry accuracy.
• Ensure timely and accurate internal and external coordination to meet customers' on time delivery expectations.
• Respond to customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
• Manage Freight & Logistics handling.
• Source Outbound Forwarder.
• Conduct cost analysis for quoting programs, including freight and domestic transportation.
Requirements
• College or University degree major in Business Administration, Supply chain or relevant.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in customer service or Production scheduling, Import – Export, Forwarder and Customs broker sourcing.
• Good command of spoken and written English.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
