Responsibilities

• Create and develop consistent menu recipes for Thai/Western cuisine.
• Monitor food costs and quantities to control food production costs.
• Work 6 days a week with 1 day off as per company policy.
• Work from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM until further notice.
