Responsibilities

• Coordinate and completing the administrative need of the sales department.
• Issue cost sheets, quotations and other related documents to sale team.
• Prepare information for PO Processing and coordinate with purchaser team.
• Coordinate with internal and external.
• Provide the company's souvenirs for customers.
• Help support team to organize the company's parties and other relate activities.
• Manage hotel bookings and flight bookings to the team.

Requirements

• 0-3 years of experience
• Bachelor's degree
• Good command of written and spoken Thai and English
• Able to work under pressure with very good negotiation and communication skill
• Basic Microsoft Office skill (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
