About this position
The UI/UX Designer will be responsible for creating intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for our digital products. This role will report to the Head of Design and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to understand user needs and translate them into seamless user experiences. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing their expertise in user-centered design principles and proficiency in industry-standard design tools.

Responsibilities
• Collaborate with product managers and developers to understand project requirements and user needs.
• Conduct user research and gather insights to inform design decisions.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs that effectively communicate the user experience.
• Design intuitive and user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile applications.
• Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to iterate and improve designs.
• Ensure consistency and adherence to brand guidelines throughout all design deliverables.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of design and development processes.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in UI/UX design.
• Advocate for user-centered design principles and educate stakeholders on the importance of UX.
• Continuously iterate and improve designs based on user feedback and data analysis.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in graphic design, interaction design, or related field
• Strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX design projects
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, or Figma
• Knowledge of user-centered design principles and best practices
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
