Responsibilities

• Supervise AP, AR, cashier and purchasing position.
• Perform month-end closing, financial package, i.e., monthly P&L, balance sheet, reconciliation, etc.
• Perform cash management and cashflow forecast.
• Control revenues, expenses, assets and liabilities of the hotel and ensure accounts settlements.
• Manage the preparation of the Company’s budget.
• Liaise with auditors and tax agents.

Requirements

• Excellent knowledge in accounting especially in hotel operations.
• Be able to understand English communication and writing skills.
• Previous experience in multi-cultural environment is essential.
• Competent Financial software user i.e. SUN System as well as Excel program, ONQ system and Eagle system.
• Good leadership, communication and team-work skills.
