Responsibilities
• Engage with sales and technical teams, providing marketing supports (proactive & reactive) to strengthen Givaudan business (building the pipelines and maximizing the win rate).
• Identify needs and opportunities through external and internal analysis.
• Lead Marketing efforts to commercialize new technologies and products to drive profitable growth, through partner-ing with Technical, Sales and RCM &/or RPM.
• Engage on customer briefs and marketing requests, where appropriate.
• Plan, coordinate and executes key local customers visit in relation to marketing activities.
• Ensure local Marketing activity is consistent with Flavour Division Branding & Positioning. Build Givaudan Brand in the local market.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree any major, preferably from Food Technology or Marketing.
• 3 years’ experience in similar position, preferably with international company with matrix organisations.
• Know how or experience of B2C Marketing (FMCG in F&B preferred).
• Good English communication skill.
• A creative thinker who can translate insights into relevant and actionable concepts.
