Assistant Recruitment Manager
About this position
The Assistant Recruitment Manager is responsible for achieving recruitment targets, developing new procedures, overseeing candidate experience, forecasting hiring needs, advising Hiring Managers, improving employer branding, and researching job advertising options.
Responsibilities
• Achieving recruitment target and daily KPI
• Developing new procedures for recruiting (e.g., application, screening processes) and improving the current practices
• Overseeing the candidate experience (e.g., application process, communications, and interviews)
• Forecasting our future hiring needs on the basic of our business growth strategies
• Advising the Hiring Managers on selecting effective recruitment
• Improving the employer branding of our company
Requirements
• At least a bachelor’s degree in any field
• 3-5 years working experienced in recruitment role
• Experience with full cycle recruiting
• Experience with MS Office, especially MS Excel
• Sound knowledge of various sourcing techniques/tools (e.g. professional platforms, social networks)
