Responsibilities

• Lead, control, and monitor all operations in the factory
• Plan and implement strategies for operational plant
• Monitor and analyze plant productivity
• Conduct periodic meetings for review
• Check program achievements and provide improvement ideas
• Assess activities in the field directly

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree from a reputable university
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Manufacturing
• High organizational skills and industrial knowledge
• Good personal and leadership qualities
• Ability to prioritize and organize work effectively
