Responsibilities

• Create plans and regular evaluations of: preventative maintenance including cleaning and pest control, automation & digitalization, resource strategy, process improvement, asset management
• Identify potential risks (risk assessment), monitor the implementation of preventive measures, and develop emergency response plans

Requirements

• Bachelor Degree from any major
• Min. 5 years experience in Facilities Management
• Have good cross-functional and interpersonal leadership skills to be able to build relationships and demonstrate a high level of cooperation
• Have knowledge of regulations and systems related to facility management
• Willing to mobile
