Responsibilities

• Processing agreement request (checking legal documents, checking commercial & technical documents, drafting, discussion, finalization, signing)
• Manage, filing, and administrate legal documents
• Assist corporate Legal Indofood in processing land certificates
• Assist HRD & Layanan Konsumen in the event of legal claims from external parties

Requirements

• Preferably 3-4 years of experience as a Legal Officer within a leading FMCG, franchise, distribution, warehousing, or manufacture company
• Have a sufficient comprehension of commercial law, government regulations, land certificate agreement drafting
• Excellent skill of agreement drafting and ability of document filing & administration
• Familiarity with OSS, SIINAS, LKPM Online is a must
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word) is required
