About this position

PT Pamerindo Indonesia is looking for an Assistant Event & Marketing Manager to support the Events Director in designing and delivering the product/event experience for customers.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver the product/event experience for customers
• Lead the marketing and communications function for the shows
• Manage marketing budgets and optimize campaign performance
• Ensure all elements are aligned to create successful events
• Oversee the events floorplan and manage strategic decisions

Requirements

• Support the development of an event’s strategy and direction
• Develop the overall annual marketing strategy and plans for events
• Plan media & PR events and build relationships with industry leaders
• Negotiate with venues and suppliers for event specific requirements
• Build relationships with key customers to understand market needs
