About this position
The Business Development (Market Research) position involves conducting market research, formulating business solutions, and coordinating internal and external parties for implementation.
Responsibilities
• Perform market research on specific location and customer group to understand market demand and requirement.
• Base on research result and formulate business solution to achieve business growth.
• Lead in coordination of both internal and external party in business solution implementation.
• Tracking, monitoring business solution performance to ensure growth within the business.
• Reporting to upper management for daily retail operation KPI.
• Other duties as assigned by manager.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
• Proven experience in market research and development, preferably within the nutrition and supplements industry.
• Experience in sales, business development or key account management.
• Strong understanding of marketing strategies and how to apply them to product development.
• General understanding of business data and storytelling.
• Experience with Excel (Pivot and Lookup is required).
• Outgoing, enthusiastic, proactive.
• Open-minded, willing to learn new things.
• Fluent in English and Thai (Chinese is preferable)
