About this position
Responsible for managing labor cases for the company, mediating disputes, drafting legal documents, and providing legal advice to departments.
Responsibilities
• Manage labor cases assigned by superiors
• Mediate labor disputes and handle various case disputes related to labor issues
• Draft legal documents such as complaints, testimonies, agreements
• Collaborate in managing, planning, investigating, and interrogating employees
• Assist in enforcing employee disciplinary regulations
• Act as a legal consultant for departments and provide advice on disciplinary regulations, labor laws, complaints, lawsuits
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Law, Human Resource or related field
• At least 1 year experience in Human Resources, Employee Relations with 2 years of experience in labor case management
• Strong knowledge in Labor Law
• Good in English
• Knowledge of labor laws, disciplinary regulations, and general legal principles
