Insource Resource Management (Division Manager to Manager)
About this position
Responsibility for insource trucks repair & maintenance, rental contract, annual tax, vendor management and truck effectiveness. Develop and implement resource management strategies and processes.
Responsibilities
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify insource resource requirements for ongoing and upcoming projects, resolve resource-related conflicts, negotiate resource sharing and balance competing priorities.
• Evaluate project timelines, budgets and resource constraints to ensure the efficient allocation of resources.
• Monitor resource utilization, identifying and addressing potential conflicts and implementing necessary adjustments.
• Coordinate with human resources, procurement, finance and other relevant departments to ensure timely availability of resources as per project requirements.
• Track and report on resource utilization, analyzing data and providing suggestions for resource optimization.
• Stay updated on industry trends, best practices and emerging technologies in resource management, applying relevant knowledge to improve organizational processes.
Requirements
• 4-8 years of experience in resource management or a related role, preferably in express or logistics business.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to assess resource demands and optimize resource allocation.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• A detail-oriented mindset to maintain accurate resource records and documentation.
