The Bank is currently the fifth largest bank in Thailand in terms of loans and deposits. Krungsri provides a full range of banking services to both commercial and individual customers.

About this position

The Corporate Action Officer is responsible for monitoring, processing, and reconciling corporate actions and related transactions, ensuring accurate reporting and client notifications.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and follow up Corporate Actions announcements from various channels such as securities markets websites, service providers platforms, corporate websites, swifts etc.
• Process Corporate Actions transactions in the system, produce reports and notify client.
• Monitor and Follow up benefits and collections.
• Process relating Corporate Actions Fund Transfer such as interests and redemptions as per clients foreign exchange contracts.
• Reconcile clients securities holdings

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business, Finance
• Basic knowledge of Securities Services Products.
• Good understanding of financial assets and financial markets.
• Good English communication skills.
• Computer literacy (Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
