About this position
Finance Staff at MAKA Motors responsible for accurate payment processing and collaboration with internal departments and vendors.
Responsibilities
• Verify and match invoices using a 3-way matching process according to invoicing requirements.
• Record and process daily journal entries for Accounts Payable (AP) in the accounting system (ERP/SAP).
• Reconcile bank statements daily and weekly.
• Maintain petty cash, reconcile petty cash expenses, and perform monthly bank reconciliations.
• Assist with preparing payment documentation as needed.
• Process payments for all transactions following established guidelines, ensuring completeness and accuracy.
Requirements
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance or Accounting from a recognized university.
• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in finance or accounting.
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
• Proficient in accounting/finance software like ERP, Oracle, SAP, Microsoft Excel, and Google Sheets.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and cross-functional teams.
