Supervisor Produksi bertanggung jawab untuk mengontrol hasil produksi, proses produksi, dan performance team.

Responsibilities

• Mengontrol hasil produksi sesuai dengan plan yang telah ditentukan dan pencapaian target.
• Mengontrol detail proses produksi (standar resep, standar filling, dan pendukung mesin).
• Melakukan analisa dan perbaikan performance team.
• Dapat berkoordinasi dengan lintas Departemen.
• Menjalankan standar Food Safety dan GMP.
• Memahami proses sanitasi (CIP dan COP).

Requirements

• Usia rentang 25 - 27 tahun.
• Pendidikan minimal Sarjana (S1) diutamakan S1 Teknik Industri dan Tehnik Pangan.
• Pengalaman minimal 2 tahun di posisi yang sama (lebih disukai di industri F & B).
• Menguasai GMP, HACCP dan Food Safety Manajemen.
