About this position
The Legal Assistant Manager will be responsible for preparing work plans and budgets, reviewing contracts, providing legal opinions, and managing legal entity legalities.
Responsibilities
• Prepare a work plan and budget for the Legal division, as well as monitor and control its implementation.
• Review contracts to ensure security from a legal perspective and anticipate possible lawsuits.
• Provide legal opinion and legal drafting of the contract.
• Documentation and monitoring of contract summaries.
• Provide advocacy to management to deal with actions/lawsuits.
• Coordinate with consultants/legal advisors to resolve company issues or represent the company in court proceedings.
Requirements
• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Law or equivalent.
• Have a minimum 5 years work experience in the same field, preferably in Tbk company.
• Mastering all fields of law, having good enthusiast work ethic.
• Good Communication Skill, excellent English both oral and written.
• Having good leadership, able to work independently without guidance.
