About this position
As a Sales Executive at NeoScent International, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth through prospecting, qualifying, and closing new business opportunities. Reporting directly to the Director of Sales, you will develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in the hospitality sector, in order to achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the company.
This role requires a strategic mindset, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of exceeding sales targets in a competitive market.
Responsibilities
• Handle the business development activity in the B2B sector, targeted to the Hospitality sector.
• Manage daily sales tasks efficiently.
• Identify and pursue new market opportunities in the hospitality sector.
• Deliver comprehensive product and sales training to team members.
• Support business growth through effective sales strategies.
• Handle customer negotiations and objections until final closing.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets.
• Maintain accurate sales records and reports in CRM.
• Continuously improve sales techniques and product knowledge.
Requirements
• Experience in B2B sales.
• Present at least working experience of 1 year.
• Familiarity with perfumes or aroma oils.
• Familiarity with the Hospitality industry.
• Good command of written and spoken English.
• Pleasant personality and a team player.
• Ability to travel 30 to 40% in Thailand.
