Head of Category Development
About this position
Join Nestlé Indonesia as the Head of Category Development and be responsible for developing the Category/Sub-Category agenda within the business to support long term growth and increase market share.
Responsibilities
• Define strategies and plans for Category/sub-Category growth based on consumer, shopper, and customer requirements.
• Drive sales part of category specific Monthly Business Planning process.
• Identify priority channels for the Category/sub-Category and recommend tailored Category Channel plans.
• Develop and propose the picture of success for the category/sub-category in each channel.
• Contribute to the ICP process by identifying key opportunities and action plans for the Category/sub-Category.
• Recommend clear promotional guidelines based on shopper understanding and current market knowledge.
Requirements
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in commercial, preferably with previous experience in Sales and Marketing.
• Demonstrable record of success in a customer facing role.
• Understands category and monthly business planning process.
• Understands key business functions.
• Ability to motivate and develop people.
