About this position

The Production Team Leader is responsible for strengthening the shop floor management system, ensuring production processes, handling safety and quality issues, and managing abnormalities.

Responsibilities

• Strengthen shop floor management system through good man power arrangement
• Ensure production process
• Handle violence
• Skill up operator
• Handle safety, quality problem in line, and abnormality management based on genchi -genbutsu
• Responsible on production process

Requirements

• Must have Diploma degree (D3) on Industrial/ Mechanical/ Manufacture/ Electrical/ Mechatronic/ Chemical Engineering major
• Minimum GPA : 3.00
• Have a potential and experience as a leader (Able to lead a group)
• Able to communicate in English
• Willing to do field jobs
