Assistant Manager- Sourcing and Procurement
About this position
Assistant Manager- Sourcing and Procurement position requires relevant experience in the field, strong MS Office skills, familiarity with SAP, and willingness to work in Karawang.
Responsibilities
• Coordinate with Imported vendors well in advance as per forecast and lead times for procurement of raw material.
• Liaise with Purchase, Warehouse, and Production team to ensure smooth production.
• Coordinating with Vendor for collecting all necessary document to create code registration in SAP.
• Control of inventory days and value for raw material within the target of inventory days.
• Stock taking in regular intervals to avoid stock variation between physical and system stock.
• Daily monitoring of Coverage days and ensuring no shortages of RMPM to avoid any production losses.
Requirements
• Minimum Diploma or higher degree.
• Have relevant experience of 5 - 6 years in the same field.
• Excellent skills in MS office especially in MS Excel with thorough knowledge on Excel functions and formulas.
• Familiar with SAP.
• Willing to work in Karawang.
