About this position

The Maintenance Engineering Manager is responsible for designing and developing new processes and equipment, coordinating installation and commissioning of new equipment, managing capital projects, and ensuring optimal plant maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop new processes and equipment to improve processes and reduce losses and defects
• Coordinate installation and commissioning of new equipment to maximize production efficiency
• Manage and supervise capital projects
• Develop maintenance concept and master plan, and ensure implementation according to Total Productive Maintenance Management Systems
• Oversee building and grounds maintenance to ensure facility is operational and well-maintained
• Analyze budgets and manage cost-efficient project costing and maintenance costs

Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor Degree
• Experience in manufacturing industry
• Project management experience
• Significant experience in production-maintenance, process engineering, operations planning, and manufacturing
• Application of lean/continuous improvement tools in production/manufacturing environment
