Job Responsibilties: Prepares general ledger or journal entries by maintaining records and files; reconciling accounts. Prepares payments by accruing expenses; assigning account numbers; requesting disbursements; reconciling accounts. Prepares internal and external financial statements by gathering and analyzing information from the general ledger system and from departments Maintains and balances an automated consolidation system by inputting data; scheduling required jobs; verifying data and ensure all payment paid on time. Support all the Finance & Accounting task on a daily basis Analyzes information and options by developing spreadsheet reports; verifying information. Reconciles order and bank account timely and accurately Input incoming and outgoing transaction effectively on a daily basis Ensures all invoice paid timely
