Central Services - Analyst, Scheduling UG Expansion
About this position
The Central Services - Analyst, Scheduling UG Expansion is responsible for preparing construction schedules, planning, forecasting, monitoring, and controlling resource requirements for Underground Expansion projects.
Responsibilities
• Develop and revise baseline construction schedule based on updated project cost estimation.
• Coordinate with engineering for drawings and MTO issue to tie in to associated construction activities.
• Coordinate with engineering and SCM for material delivery schedule to ensure material are delivered as scheduled and in line with construction schedule.
• Coordinate with SMG and LIP fabrication shop for steel fabrication plan and delivery to ensure fabricated steels are delivered as scheduled and in line with construction schedule.
• Coordinate with all project stakeholders for project success.
• Assign and analyze manpower, concrete, equipment and steel erection schedule (resource leveling) to optimize and effective resources utilization, justification for additional/reduction resources, and to schedule capital project implementations.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree (S1) in Engineering with at least 1 to 2 years of working experience as scheduler/analyst.
• Diploma (D3) in Engineering with at least 2 to 3 years of working experience as scheduler/analyst in construction project.
• Project Management knowledge.
• General construction techniques knowledge.
• Ability to read construction specifications and construction drawings.
