Responsibilities

• Lead and facilitate cross functional team & self motivated with a high level of initiative
• Communicate task requirements clearly at all levels
• Teach and facilitate problem solving team events
• Drive cost calculation on new product development and secure piece price prior to mass production
• Manage and prioritize multiple demands
• Negotiate complex arrangements

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years experience on project management (Part Development) with automotive industry
• Methodical approach to task management
• Strong leadership and problem solving skills
• Ability to interpret / read drawings and strong understanding of GD&T
• Strong people management and time management skills
