Responsibilities

• Manage product planning, marketing event, sales and aftersales program progress of specific model
• Manage and monitoring profit performance of specific model, product competitiveness update, short and long term market update, competitors update (product, sales, pricing, specifications and strategy), also market trends and regulation update
• Analyze product and price competitiveness
• Conduct periodically progress meeting for specific product
• Manage and organize product ideation to increase sales performance

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, or related field
• Minimum 10 years of experience in product planning & development, broader sales & marketing management, pricing & specification management, full product lifecycle management, and product launch planning
• Excellent knowledge of product planning & development and pricing positioning, as well as automotive technology and terminology
• Good communication skill, both in English and Bahasa
• Car enthusiast is a must
