About this position

Staff EXIM (Export-Import) position requires a minimum of D3 education in any field, at least 1 year of experience in a PPJK (Customs Services Provider) or EMKL (Sea Freight Forwarding) company, excellent communication skills, knowledge of export & import procedures and documents, proficient in English (TOEFL certificate is a plus), and proficient in Ms Office (especially Excel).

Responsibilities

• Handle completeness of export & import documents, communicate with customers & suppliers regarding all document requirements
• Communicate with PPJK for export and import clearance
• Assist in technical import licensing procedures (prepare necessary reports for licensing)
• Administer every export & import shipment from start (quotation) to finish (payment)

Requirements

• Minimum D3 education in any field
• At least 1 year of experience in a PPJK or EMKL company
• Excellent communication skills
• Knowledge of export & import procedures and documents
• Proficient in English (TOEFL certificate is a plus) and proficient in Ms Office (especially Excel)
