The Administrator position requires a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related fields, with proven experience in general administrative roles.
Responsibilities
• Provide general administrative support to the organization, department, or specific team members.
• Handle incoming and outgoing communications, such as emails, phone calls, and written correspondence.
• Oversee and maintain office operations, including ordering and managing office supplies, equipment maintenance, and ensuring a clean and organized work environment.
• Collect, organize, and maintain data and information using databases, spreadsheets, or other tools.
• Prepare and present reports, statistical analyses, and presentations as needed.
• Manage logistics for meetings, conferences, and events, ensuring smooth execution.
Requirements
• Proven experience in general administrative roles or similar positions.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
• Proficient in using computer software applications, such as MS Office.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
