About this position

Supervisor R&D Farm position requires a degree in Animal Husbandry / Veterinary Medicine / Veterinary Doctor Profession. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

• Ensure that research is conducted according to the research protocol that has been established.
• Ensure the management of maintenance, biosecurity, and all aspects related to the research process are carried out according to SOP.
• Control the process of receiving DOC / Feed / Medicines / Vaccines / Rice husks and other materials entering the farm.
• Control and report on the condition of equipment in the farm area where the supervisor is assigned periodically.
• Prepare daily reports related to the condition / progress of the research and submit the reports to the Assistant Manager R&D.
• Develop a work plan based on the research program to be implemented.
• Foster, control, and coordinate the work of the livestock to run according to SOP.

Requirements

• Degree in Animal Husbandry / Veterinary Medicine / Veterinary Doctor Profession.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply (having a minimum of 1 year experience as a Farm Supervisor is preferred).
• Understanding of operational activities in the Farm.
• Proficient in operating MS Office and computers.
• Proficient in English, both oral and written (preferred).
