Responsibilities

• Responsible for the smooth operation of all production machines during the production process.
• Ensure that all Maintenance activities are carried out on time and in accordance with applicable SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures).
• Lead and manage the Electrical and Mechanical team members.
• Implement ISO 22000 and 5R System.
• Make improvements to enhance the performance of existing production machines and related maintenance systems.
• Control repair and maintenance budget.
• Create schedules for preventive maintenance.
• Monitor spare parts requests and inventory.

Requirements

• Minimum education of Bachelor's Degree in Mechatronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, and Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in an Assistant Manager position in an FMCG/Food Industry company.
• Preferably have skills related to PLC, Six Sigma, Electrical Wiring, Mechanical, etc.
• Experience in Machine Installation Projects is preferred.
• Familiar with lean manufacturing and experienced in process improvement.
• Strong leadership, good analytical skills, creativity, and problem-solving abilities.
• Knowledge of GMP & HACCP.
