About this position

Engineering & Maintenance Supervisor position in Mojokerto, Jawa Timur

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the smooth operation of all production machines during the production process.
• Responsible for ensuring all Maintenance activities are carried out on time and according to applicable SOPs.
• Leading and managing the Electrical and Mechanical team members.
• Implementing ISO 22000 and 5R System.
• Making improvements to enhance the performance of existing production machines and related maintenance systems.

Requirements

• Minimum education of S1 in Mechatronics Engineering and Electrical Engineering.
• Preferably have a minimum of 2 years of experience in the same position in FMCG/Food Industry.
• Proficient in PLC, Six Sigma, Electrical Wiring, Mechanical, etc.
• Familiar with lean manufacturing and experienced in process improvement.
• Strong leadership, good analytical skills, creative, and excellent problem-solving abilities.
• Willing to work shifts.
