Supervisor Purchasing position requires overseeing purchasing plans, inventory monitoring, logistics, and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee purchasing plans based on company needs and targets
• Monitor inventory, record incoming and outgoing goods in the warehouse (conduct periodic stock opname)
• Responsible for goods delivery and logistics
• Understand distribution, transportation, and expedition of goods
• Prepare purchasing and stock reports
• Handle supplier invoices for processing by the finance department
• Proficient in administration and filing

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in related field
• Reside in Surabaya
• Minimum 2 years experience as a purchasing staff (preferably in ME & HVAC)
• Strong communication, negotiation skills, and ability to maintain good relationships with suppliers
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
• Proactive, efficient, able to work independently or in a team
• Detail-oriented, agile, responsible, loyal, disciplined, hardworking, and HONEST
