About this position

The Administrative Staff is responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support to various departments within the company. This includes managing calendars, coordinating meetings, handling correspondence, and maintaining office supplies. This position reports directly to the Office Manager and plays a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations and efficient communication within the organization.

Responsibilities

• Managing and coordinating office operations and procedures
• Assisting in the preparation of budgets and financial reports
• Maintaining and updating company databases and filing systems
• Handling incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and phone calls
• Scheduling and coordinating meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for executives
• Assisting in the recruitment and onboarding process of new employees
• Monitoring and ordering office supplies and equipment
• Assisting in the preparation and distribution of company-wide communications
• Providing administrative support to various departments within the company
• Assisting in the planning and execution of company events and meetings

Requirements

• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
