Finance & Accounting Staff
About this position
The Finance & Accounting Staff at PT Starbay Langgeng Jaya Abadi will be responsible for assisting in the day-to-day financial operations of the company, including processing invoices, reconciling accounts, and preparing financial reports. This position will report directly to the Finance & Accounting Manager and work closely with other members of the finance team to ensure accurate and timely financial information. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and a solid understanding of accounting principles.
Responsibilities
• Prepare and maintain financial records, including general ledger accounts, financial statements, and other financial reports
• Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts
• Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions
• Reconcile bank statements and ensure accuracy of financial data
• Assist in the preparation of tax returns and compliance with tax regulations
• Assist in the preparation of financial audits and provide necessary documentation to auditors
• Monitor and analyze financial data to identify trends and potential areas for improvement
• Assist in the development and implementation of internal controls and financial policies
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting
• Stay current on accounting principles and regulations to ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting or finance
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
