Pipe Maintenance Department Head position requires a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering and at least 5 years of experience in Maintenance in the Manufacturing Industry.

Responsibilities

• Manage maintenance activities of production machines both corrective and preventive to ensure machines are in reliable condition to support production processes.
• Optimize and effectively manage maintenance budget.
• Implement TPM strongly, especially as PM, 5S, Safety, and continuous improvement.
• Build an effective and productive maintenance team.
• Develop employees to improve skills according to standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Maintenance in the Manufacturing Industry.
• Proficient in TPM (Total Productive Management) & management System (ISO), Machine Maintenance Management, Planned maintenance system (MMS).
