About this position

Rockwell Automation is seeking a LifeCycle Services Operation Specialist to work with direct customers on project and contract arrangements, manage project closure, and ensure smooth hardware delivery.

Responsibilities

• Working with direct customer in local language on project and contract arrangements/collaboration.
• Contract/Project order booking in MFGPRO, IFS and SAP.
• Tracking for hardware delivery under contract and working with Logistics team to ensure smooth and timely delivery.
• Manage the billing in MFGPRO for all the project, contract, training, call out service etc.
• Project Closure in MFGPRO and IFS.
• Liaise with Customer and Local Finance to set a correct billing.

Requirements

• University education.
• Proficiency in English language.
• Experience in order processing, project administration or logistics.
• Ability to work independently.
• Experience in reporting remotely.
