About this position
Responsibilities
โข Lead the development and implementation of market & business intelligence initiatives specific to the Pharma market (Ethical & Vaccine) to gain competitiveness and identify market trends & opportunities.
โข Analyze data needs to support commercial decisions and propose optimizations in data source and management.
โข Collaborate with cross-functional teams to collect necessary data for business analysis, reporting, and insights.
โข Support timely business insights and decisions through data analysis and visualization.
โข Design dynamic reports and develop advanced analytics models to answer complex business problems.
โข Conduct in-depth analysis of the Pharma industry landscape, market trends, and competitive intelligence.
โข Provide actionable insights to senior management and key stakeholders to support strategic decision-making.
โข Study business models and best practices from outside sources to give recommendations to BU Leadership team.
โข Understand data management principles and apply data engineering techniques to transform data sets into useful formats.
Requirements
โข Experience in business analysis, data management, and market intelligence.
โข Strong analytical skills and ability to draw insights from data.
โข Proficiency in data analysis tools and visualization techniques.
โข Knowledge of Pharma industry landscape and market trends.
โข Familiarity with data management principles and techniques.
โข Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
โข Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Business, Data Science, or related field.
