National Sales Manager

The National Sales Manager plays a pivotal role in leading the nationwide sales force to achieve the company's sales goals in the pharmaceutical sector.
• Develop, manage, and execute the business plan to ensure optimal investment across territories.
• Align strategies with short and medium-term sales and profit objectives.
• Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve sales, market share, and business development targets.
• Foster a purpose-driven culture that emphasizes impact for patients and healthcare professionals (HCPs).
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with opinion leaders and hospital administration.
• Collaborate with the medico-marketing team to develop and execute effective strategies.
• Drive awareness and adoption through impactful education programs among HCPs.
• Implement a strategic customer engagement plan with a multichannel approach.
• Effectively manage the sales expense budget to maximize profitability.
• Analyze monthly sales reports to track performance against objectives.
• Stay informed about changes in the marketplace and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and ethical standards.
• Uphold company policies and procedures.
• Bachelor's degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences or related fields preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years of successful experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
• More than 5 years of sales supervisory experience, with 2 years of marketing or training supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge and understanding of the pharma industry landscape and regulations.
