Manager – Creative & Graphic Designer position requires leading a team to meet deadlines, conceptualizing visuals, and ensuring final graphics are on-brand.

Responsibilities

• Lead team to work efficiently to meet deadlines and follow through on all projects
• Conceptualize visuals based on requirements
• Schedule projects timeline, and presents idea to team and stakeholders
• Develop illustrations, logos and other designs using software or by hand
• Use the appropriate colors and layouts for each graphic
• Shapes the visual aspects of the company’s marketing materials
• Test graphics across various media
• Amend designs after feedback
• Research trend to bring newness and fresh ideas to concept
• Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand

Requirements

• Degree in Illustration, Design, or related field
• At least 5 years experience in Graphics or CAD Design preferred
• Possess strong working knowledge of Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign basic color and layout skills as demonstrated through a portfolio of work
• Ability to execute 4-6 completed graphics within a work day
• Ability to manage a fast pace work-flow, strong time management skills, and the ability to work on several projects congruously
