Senior Manager – Marketing Communication
About this position
The Senior Manager - Marketing Communication will lead the development of branding, manage production of marketing materials, ensure consistency across all communication channels, and collaborate with stakeholders.
Responsibilities
• Lead the development of the company’s branding and ensure that communications and advocacy campaigns are integrated across all communication channels
• Manage production of affiliate marketing materials to ensure consistent quality, image branding and graphic presentation
• Ensure consistency of all marketing communication and marketing materials with respective departments
• Present Marketing Communication budget to ensure compliance with the yearly budget
• Maintain the organization’s photo and video resources, including cataloguing images
• Oversee the quality of all communication tools and artwork for In Store materials and other offline marketing materials e.g. POS, signages
• Supervise the quality of Makro Mail launched
• Collaborate with stakeholders on content for marketing communication activities
• Guide team to produce consistent marketing communication materials according to the marketing strategies and business requirements
Requirements
• Master or Bachelor degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communication Arts or relevant field
• At least 7-10 years marketing communication experience; experience in retail/wholesale is required
• A strategic thinker and executor; with knowledge in designs and VDO and picture editing software
• Strong collaboration, communication, project management, teamwork and project and process management skills
• Comfortable working and multi-tasking in fast-paced environment
