Responsibilities
• Administer on creating minute key meetings, sales support, and reporting.
• Maintain any filling data and analysis, as well as carry out regular reviews to ensure their accuracy and efficiency.
• Manage and update the file on leads, quotations, agreements, sales orders, booking and invoicing.
• Organize events or presentations, ensure all materials are prepared prior to the timeline.
• Assist on travel arrangements and travel claims.
Requirements
• Self-driven, motivated and have a positive work attitude.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in English both written and spoken.
• Proficient in technology, especially with an excellent knowledge of MS Office.
• Good time management, multi-tasking, and good at teamwork.
