About this position
The Purchasing Admin (Temporary Maternity Leave) position involves archiving documents, maintaining travel records, assisting with official trips, processing payments, and maintaining data.
Responsibilities
• Archive all department/division documents and reports
• Maintain updated travel records for Purchasing personnel
• Assist Purchasing personnel on every official trip, including expense reports.
• Make PO / PR for payment if there is a need for payment to external parties (vendor)
• Help maintain department division data
Requirements
• D3/S1 from all majors. Experienced as admin at least 1 year but fresh graduate are welcome to apply
• Proficient in using Ms. Office (Excel & Word)
• Fluent in English, spoken and written is a must
• Contract based for maternity leave
