The Secretary (Mandarin Speaker) position involves providing secretarial support in Central Jakarta, Indonesia.
Responsibilities
• Provide personal assistance and secretarial support
• Provide reports and minutes of meetings, scheduling, appointments, and taking calls before proceeding
• Handling correspondences with local and overseas clients
• Maintaining confidential files and other material, essential to user duties, ensuring every file are properly marked and accessible
• Prepare monthly report for petty cash and other claims
Requirements
• Candidate must possess at least Diploma, Bachelor's Degree in secretarial or any relevant major
• 2-year experience as Secretary/Jr. Secretary
• Strong in English both oral and written, computer literate is a must
• Possess good communication skills, fast response, energetic and self-driven
• Good in office management and attention to detail
