Secretary to Marketing Division Manager
Responsibilities
• Handle administration and secretarial task support to Marketing Manager
• Organize the schedule, meeting and appointment
• Handle confidential documents ensuring they remain secure and review document and email for executive signature, approval and maintain document records
• Handle and prioritize all outgoing or incoming correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)
• Performs other assigned duties as required
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration or any related field
• Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Secretary or Personal Assistant
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
• Ability to maintain accuracy and attention to detail
• Proficient in in MS. Office
