Syngenta Crop Protection is looking for a Bio Squad member to promote biological products to key strategic dealers and growers.

Responsibilities

• Promote Syngenta biological products to key strategic dealers and provide target product information and technical support to growers
• Conduct high-quality demos to showcase product efficacy and advantages to key growers
• Promote products through activities such as grower meetings, field days, and farm visits
• Conduct sales activities to maximize revenue and meet corporate-set goals
• Develop strategic sales and ground activity plans for short and long-term business objectives
• Actively seek out new sales opportunities and perform retailer expansion with a sustainable mindset

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in agricultural or related field
• 3-5 years of sales and account management experience
• Knowledge and skills in sales
• Good understanding of agriculture business and channel management
• Strong communication, negotiation, and channel management skills
