About this position
The Assistant Manager - Process Improvement will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to enhance engineering systems and processes, ensuring operational efficiency and cross-functional collaboration.
Responsibilities
• Strategic Engineering Leadership: Develop and implement strategies to enhance our engineering systems and processes, ensuring they are in sync with our company's overarching goals.
• Operational Efficiency: Analyze the efficiency of engineering operations, identifying areas for improvement to streamline production processes for maximum efficiency.
• Cross-functional collaboration: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineers, quality assurance, and production, to support their needs and contribute to a cohesive and productive work environment.
• Project Ownership: Take ownership of all engineering projects, from conception to execution, ensuring they are completed successfully and on time.
• Adaptability: Be prepared to tackle a diverse range of tasks and projects as assigned, contributing to the overall success of the organization.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in industrial, electrical, mechanical, or food engineering.
• 8-10 years of experience in project management or process improvement in the food industry.
• Understanding of production processes.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office.
• Strong communication skills.
